What is a power pose? A power pose is consciously taking up more room than necessary, such as putting your hands on your hips, lifting your chin when you talk, and having legs spread apart slightly when standing. According to the study conducted on multiple volunteers, when they stood in the power pose for around two minutes, it increased testosterone which in the end boosted their confidence.

Another surprising music related tip to boost your confidence is learning to play an instrument. It boosts the self-satisfaction in your mind and in the end, helps you become more confident in yourself.
